Organisational Performance

A new chapter is taking shape.

Over the past year, life has given me the privilege of taking on my most important leadership role yet — becoming a mum.

Like many significant transitions, it has challenged me, stretched me, and created space to think more deeply about the work I want to contribute over the years ahead.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in organisational psychology across HR teams and consultancy helping leaders, teams, and organisations navigate complexity, build capability, and create healthier workplaces.

During this season, I’ve been quietly rethinking and refining what ProLeadership could become.

Not a traditional consultancy. Not another leadership coaching business.

But an evolving area of professional practice grounded in organisational psychology, leadership, learning, and organisational performance — focused on understanding the patterns that shape leadership, culture, and performance, particularly when the pressure is high.

I’m intentionally taking the time to build that foundation well.

While I continue my career in organisational psychology and organisational development, ProLeadership will evolve alongside it: a place to develop ideas, share insights, and contribute to conversations about leadership in increasingly complex workplaces.

If you’ve landed here, thank you. I’m looking forward to sharing what’s next.

Sincerely,

Norell Naidoo
